Our containers are multifunctional. You can use different modules for different purposes – living space, office space, hotel, or rental home.

The price of RoomBox modules depends on their type and area. On average, the price range is between $34,000 and $37,000.

The minimal fit-out condition includes fully refurbished house, the interior walls made of the highest quality plywood, aluminum windows and doors, foldable deck, recuperator, air-conditioner, electric water heater, built-in-furniture and built-in equipment – a queen size bed with luggage space and mattress, wardrobe, bedroom window black-out rollers, bathroom wardrobe, kitchen cupboards, living room extensible sofa with cushions and pillows, kitchen furnace top, kitchen ventilation.

 

On top of all these, we will help obtain required permits from the local municipality, install the module on the site, and connect the utilities.

Transportation, bringing utilities to the site, central heater system and radiators, dishes, and decoration.

RoomBox shipping container modules are 100% mobile, and they can be installed on your preferred location without a capital, massive foundation. Simple piles can be used to put the container yet on a rough and uneven surface.

You will get a fully refurbished and equipped module in 10-15 weeks from placing the order.

 

An exterior height of a container is 2.9 meters, while the interior ceiling height depends on the type of module (maximum height is 2.6m).

Our modules have the highest quality insulation system. We use one of the most effective yet eco-friendly and fire-proof material – Polyurethane Foam Insulation. It helps to keep the module cool in summer and warm in winter.
